What is JavaScript?
JavaScript (or short: JS) was originally developed by Netscape and is often used in websites. Eventhough, it is also used in some offline programms.

We use JavaScript for:
- Formular Correction
- Formular Handling
- Popups
- Raise and lower Windows
Why you should activate JavaScript?
In a webbrowser it is often used to check if a form is filled out correctly or to open a popup. If you don not have a popup-blocker integrated in your webbrowser it might be recomended that you switch JavaScript off.
On the other hand you can not see the popups you might wanna see or you like to have your formular corrected by the website. Therefore you should activate JavaScript.
